“Steve and his crew are the best ! Restored our house back to , and even better than it was prior to our electrical fire 8/8 2020 . He made sure that we were satisfied with every aspect of repair , and his subcontractors and high end businesses .
June 2022 we have these guys back to install our luxury vinyl in the entire living space on main level . 1300 sq. ft. approx . Liv8ng room , one spare bedroom and one bath are completed . Looks fabulous . This is why we want these guys to do the install . They also move furniture , opposite of the dealer we bought the flooring from .

Steve Broekman the General Contractor was awesome at what he does. He was always keeping me up on what’s going on and when, and would respond within an 1 hour if I sent him a message. The workers that work for him that did the work from Demo to Flooring install did a fantastic job. They cleaned up after themselves, and were very good at what they do.
We will definitely use them again if we plan on having any more work done.
