From the first call to the last repair
We dry out and clean up the damage, then handle the repairs. One company manages everything from the first call to the final repair.
A burst pipe, a failed water heater or a leak behind the wall: we find the source, stop the water and extract what is standing. Then we dry the structure with air movers and dehumidifiers and check it with moisture meters, so mold doesn’t get a start. We handle the repairs once everything is dry.
Mold grows where moisture hides, so we look behind walls and under floors with moisture meters before we touch anything. The work area is sealed off, the mold is removed and the air is filtered. We find the moisture source and tell you exactly what needs to be fixed to keep the mold from coming back.
A sewer backup is contaminated water, so it takes more than a mop. We remove the sewage, take out the carpet, drywall and insulation it soaked, sanitize every surface and dry the area so mold doesn’t follow. Once it is clean, our crew rebuilds what was removed.
When water comes in from outside, we pump it out first, then remove what can’t be saved, sanitize and dry the structure with professional equipment. We keep checking moisture levels until everything is dry, then rebuild the walls and floors.
If water is still coming in, call and we’ll come out day or night. We extract the water and get the drying started so the damage stops spreading. After that we dry and repair, so one company stays with you from the emergency to the rebuild.
